TWO people had to be given oxygen therapy following a carbon monoxide leak in their home.
The pair, who live on Collingwood Road, South Woodham Ferrers, were alerted to the leak by a carbon monoxide alarm yesterday evening at about 6.40pm, and were advised to go outside to wait for fire crews.
When the two fire crews from South Woodham Ferrers and Wickford arrived, both were feeling unwell and were given oxygen by the crews.
Crews isolated the gas supply and handed the incident over to National Grid gas technicians.
