A GREAT Baddow pub has been crowned champion of the world’s biggest pub darts competition.
The team from the Blue Lion, on Tabors Hill, beat last year’s winners, the Avenue, in Durham, to win the competition 6-1.
The team won £2,500 and the chance to play a professional darts player on stage at the PDC Grand Slam event next August in Blackpool.
More than 1,000 pubs entered.
