COVID cases in Maldon have all but disappeared, according to the latest Government figures.
In the seven days leading up to April 8, every area in the Maldon district has fewer than three cases.
Overall, the infection rate is 7.7 per 100,000 with a total of five cases.
For smaller areas with fewer than three cases, the Government do not show data to protect individuals' identities.
At its highest peak before the third lockdown, the rolling rate was 947.2 per 100,000 with 615 cases in the seven days leading up to December 31.
