Tributes - flowers were left near the crash site in Avon Way, Colchester
A MAN was denied causing death by dangerous driving following a crash where a woman was tragically killed.
Linda Franklin, 39, died in the crash in Avon Way, Colchester, in August.
An inquest opening heard she had been thrown from one car before being hit by another in the shocking incident.
David Jankovic, 23, will stand trial in February next year after denying the charge at Ipswich Crown Court.
He was arrested in Sudbury in the hours after the crash.
Jankovic, of no fixed address, has been remanded in custody until the trial.
