Charged - Lulundi Antonio appeared in court accused of disclosing a private photograph
A MAN has appeared in court charged with sending on an intimate photograph of a woman without her permission.
Lulundi Antonio is said to have taken the picture of the woman as she slept and then sent it on to one person.
The 34-year-old did not enter a plea of disclosing a sexual photograph with intent to cause distress.
He denied another charge of burglary and was not asked to enter a plea to a count of harassment.
During a hearing at Colchester Magistrates’ Court, the bench decided the offences were too serious for them to consider.
Antonio, of Tarrett Drive, Colchester, will now appear at Ipswich Crown Court for a hearing on February 20.
