Phil Vickery is best known for working on ITV’s This Morning, where he has been the chef since 2006.
On the show today between 10.30am and 12.30pm, he will feature alongside the managing director of Wilkin and Sons, Chris Newenham.
Mr Vickery and ITV crews filmed late autumn fruit at Goldhanger, then visited the famous jam factory in Tiptree and the museum.
Late autumn fruits on the farms at Goldhanger and Tiptree include raspberries, quince and medlars.
Mr Vickery, who was voted AA Chef of the Year and is a Michelin star winner, will be producing a special recipe as a result of his visit.
Wilkin and Son, which holds the Royal warrant, sells produce from the village across the globe.
