POLICE are looking for a man following a burglary at a pub.
The Queens Head pub at The Hythe, Maldon, was broken into on November 2 at around 8.50pm.
A man believed to be in his 30s made his way into the private staff area of the pub and accessed the office.
He then stole thousands of pounds from the safe and left the pub.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "He was believed to have been travelling in a blue Ford Fiesta driving back up The Hythe in the direction of North Road and the High Street.
"We would ask if you were in the pub at the time either witnessed the incident or have any mobile phone photos or footage to please call Maldon Local Policing Team on 101 quoting crime reference number 42/174654/19."
Information can also be given completely anonymously to independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111 or visiting crimestoppers-uk.org.
