Road closed after person hit by dustcart
Essex police and Ambulance were called to a road in Chelmsford as it's believed a person was hit by a dustcart.
The incident happened at Osea Way in Springfield and the road was subsequently closed by police.
We are awaiting comment from Essex Police and the East of England Ambulance Service.
