PARENTS are being invited to find out what nurseries have to offer at a series of open days.

Kiddi Caru’s day nurseries in Chelmsford and Writtle are opening their doors to existing and prospective parents.

The open days will be held from Monday, September 11 until Friday, September 15 from 10.30am until 1pm. The nurseries are inviting families to experience and take part in the nurseries’ varied activities for babies and toddlers.

While it is usually the children who get to have all the fun, parents are being invited in to see what happens behind the scenes at each nursery on a normal day and join in.

There are plenty of activities for them to choose from, including cooking, Boogie Mites, yoga, sensory exploration, treasure baskets and plenty more.

Anna Yeates, manager at Kiddi Caru in Chelmsford, said: “Our door is always open to parents and we like to have special days throughout the year when they can come in and get a real feel for what their child does here.”

Emma Pike, manager at the Kiddi Caru day nursery in Writtle, added: “This year we are excited to launch our new Discovery Week, with a whole range of different activities that will really give existing and prospective families an insight into everyday life in the nursery.
