A FLYOVER at a busy city roundabout has reopened after the council closed it for emergency maintenance work.
The Army and Navy flyover, in Chelmsford, was shut so the repairs could be carried out.
Part of the steel splash guard that stops water spray coming off the flyover, had come loose.
Traffic is still slow in Van Diemans Road approaching the roundabout.
