A MINATURE replica of a London bus has been created entirely of Lego.
The model was made by father-of-three Dominic Lund-Conlon, of Wood Street, Chelmsford, who works as a Passenger Transport Manager at Essex County Council.
Mr Lund-Conlan, 34, told of his hopes for Lego to add the 10 cm tall vehicle, dubbed the Legomaster, to their range.
He said: “I’d like to see it on the shelves, so my children can look at it and say, ‘dad did that.’
“My children have dolls houses made out of Lego, and they said they wanted a London bus.
“And if they keep on at me enough, well, let’s say I can sometimes give in.”
Mr Lund-Conlan, who has registered the prototype on the Lego Ideas website, needs 10,000 supports with a year, for the toy giant to consider stocking the range.
He added: “If just half the people from Chelmsford gave the Legomaster a vote, I could be in for a real chance.”
