A man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash in Chelmsford.
An incident involving a car and motorcycle saw a roundabout leading to Parkway and Victoria Road partially blocked earlier today.
Essex Police has now confirmed the cyclist, a man, was taken to hospital for further care after suffering serious injuries.
A spokesperson for Essex Police said: “Officers were called to a collision involving a car and a motorcycle in Parkway, Chelmsford, shortly before 1.10pm on Tuesday 31 March.
“The cyclist, a man, suffered serious injuries and was taken on to hospital for further care.
“Our enquiries are ongoing.
“Anyone with information or footage which could assist us should contact us as soon as possible."
