SOUTHEND United held their end of season awards at the Cliffs Pavilion tonight.

Here is who won what.

ASSIST OF THE SEASON: Marcus Dackers, Solihull Moors (A)

Dackers won assist of the season after he ran from one end of the pitch to the other to set up Oli Coker to score

He said: "That assist felt as good as scoring a goal. I was shattered after it"

COMMUNITY CHAMPION: Jack Bridge

Bridge made the most player appearances at events throughout the season and is an ambassador for the Junior Blues.

Bridge said: "The fans give us such fantastic support so it's nice to do what we can to help as well."

MOMENT OF THE SEASON: 2-1 win against Chesterfield at Roots Hall

Blues could name just two subs against the runaway leaders but were still able to pick up three points.

Skipper Nathan Ralph said: "I think it was a result which really showed what this side is about."

GOLDEN BOOT: Harry Cardwell.

Harry Cardwell ended the season as top scorer with 18 goals to his name.

He said: "It's been a really good season. The lads wind me up that most of my goals are from about three yards but my favourite would be the first header at Rochdale."

GOAL OF THE SEASON: Noor Husin Solihull Moors (H)

Husin's left footed volley from 25 yards was voted goal of the season.

He said: "The first touch set it up and it was great to see it go in, even though the lads say the keeper should've said it!"

YOUNG PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Collin Andeng Ndi

Shot-stopper Andeng Ndi was voted young player of the year after impressing between the sticks.

He said: "It's been a good season. Thank you for everyone who voted for me."

Andeng Ndi also won save of the season for somehow keeping Nathan Sheron's shot from hitting the back of the net at Oldham Athletic.

PLAYERS' PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Harry Taylor

Harry Taylor win players' player of the year with Nathan Ralph second and Harry Cardwell third.

Taylor: "It's been great playing alongside these players and they've made it as easy as they can for me at the back. "

SUPPORTERS' PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Gus Scott-Morriss 

Gus Scott-Morriss won fans' player of the year, with Harry Taylor second and Harry Cardwell third.

He said: "It's been a great season and I'm so proud of this team. A massive thank you to the fans for supporting us. It doesn't go unnoticed and thank you for voting me."

Scott-Morriss also won the D2 Design and Build player of the season but joked: "I'm a bit disappointed I didn't win save of the season after going in goal against Bromley!"
