A GOLF Centre could be demolished and turned into new homes.
The former Swingfield Family Golf Centre in Steeple Road, Latchingdon, could be the site for three residential properties.
A planning application has been made to Maldon District Council to demolish the existing centre and build three new dwellings.
The plans look to build a two four-bedroom homes and one five-bedroom house on the site.
The application is pending consideration with the final decision set to be made by Tuesday, October 18.
