A man is set to appear in court charged with a string of 14 offences.
Robert Blackmore, 31, was charged with failing to stop for police, theft of a car, aggravated vehicle taking and four counts of criminal damage.
He was also charged with three counts of driving while disqualified, three counts of driving without insurance, and one of resisting arrest.
The charges relate to incidents on June 3, 9 and 17.
Blackmore, of Butneys, Basildon, appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court on June 19. The hearing has been adjourned to sometime from mid July.
