RICKY Duncan feels Eren Kinali's incredible work-rate means his best is yet to come at Southend United.
Kinali - who made six appearances last season - has had his Shrimpers contract extended for another year.
And Duncan, the club's academy manager, is certain Kinali will do all he can to make the most of his opportunity.
"I think Eren has more desire than anyone I’ve worked with at the club," said Duncan.
"His work ethic is frightening so there's definitely still more to come from him.
"You want people like that around the place but he knows he has to keep on improving and he’s not the finished article.
"He’s not the most technical either but he gives everything."
