A GROUP of Dorset fitness instructors and healthcare professionals have joined forces in an attempt to support the community during the current challenging times both mentally and physically.
The Better Together Dorset initiative is running a wide range of free online exercise classes from pilates and yoga to children's exercise class, HIIT and meta-fit, alongside sessions of meditation and mindfulness.
The group, led by local physiotherapist and pilates instructor Kate Cadbury, have also teamed up with GPs to provide advice on lifestyle medicine, a nutritionist doing videos about health promoting foods and orthopaedic surgeons and physiotherapists discussing how to manage aches and pains.
The free sessions, which launch from 8am this morning, Sunday March 29, on their Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Classes are set to take place on a daily basis
