A landslip between Billericay and Wickford is causing train disruption for commuters.

Greater Anglia train services between Southend Victoria and Liverpool Street have been disrupted, with a reduced train service runnng between these stations.

Trains have either been cancelled, delayed or revised, and disruption is expected until further notice. Network Raul engineers are on route to the site. 

A rail replacement bus service will operate between Shenfield and Wickford, and Greater Anglia tickets will be accepted on c2c services between Southend Central and Fenchurch Street. 

On their website, Greater Anglia said: "Greater Anglia and Network Rail are sorry if your journey has been affected by this disruption.

"Advance purchase tickets holders will be allowed to travel on earlier or later trains if their booked service is cancelled.
