Man to appear in court over drug offences
A man has been summonsed to appear at court next month to answer drug related charges in Chelmsford.
Richard Clement, 43, of no fixed address, will answer charges of possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 5 February.
It follows an arrest made by our officers in Lower Anchor Street at around 3.15pm on Monday 25 February 2019.
