SOUTHEND Manor will be looking to bounce back from their first defeat of 2020 when they head to Tower Hamlets tonight.

Manor suffered a convincing 3-0 defeat to West Essex at Southchurch Park last time out.

The reverse came after Craig Waters’ side had made a promising start to the new decade, beating St Margaretsbury and clinching a point against Hadley.

Manor make the trip to Tower Hamlets with just one point separating the two sides.

A victory on the road would see Manor, who are third-from-bottom, leapfrog their 16th-placed hosts Tower Hamlets in the Essex Senior League standings.
