ECHOSPORT catches up with Rotherham United supporter Hannah Crossley ahead of the Millers’ trip to Roots Hall to face Southend United this weekend.

What have you made of the season so far?

“Away from home, our form is something like the second best in the league.

“It’s just a shame we are inconsistent at home as I think if we can rectify our home form we can certainly be up there.”

What were the hopes for Rotherham this season and what do you feel can still be achieved?

“I think a good top 10 finish for Rotherham is what we expect.

“Anything higher would be seen as a really good season although, potentially, you could argue we should be a top six club with the players we’ve got.

“Injuries and inconsistency at home is why we aren’t higher than where we are, although we are still in a respectable position.”

Who would you say is the dangerman?

“I would say our dangerman at the moment is Freddie Ladapo.”

What’s the team news for the game?

“Joe Mattock should be back fully fit to start.

“I’m expecting pretty much the same starting line-up as the previous game.

“But Mattock might start ahead of Trevor Clarke.”

What’s the predicted line-up?

“The predicted line-up is Iversen, Mattock, Ihiekwe, Robertson, Olusunde, Morris, Wiles, Crookes, Ogbene, Smith and Ladapo.”
