Court - Man summoned to Colchester Magistrates Court in October
A MAN has been summoned to appear in court after charges of drug driving and driving without insurance.
Lewis Sandat, 40, of Charnwood Avenue, will answer for the two charges.
This comes after Essex Police stopped a Ford Focus Zetec in Writtle, near to Pound Fields, on May 21.
Mr Sandat will appear in Colchester Magistrates’ Court on October 15.
