City care home praised by health watchdog
A care home has been praised by a health watchdog following an inspection.
Chignal House, Chignal Road, Chelmsford was rated as good by the Care Quality Commission.
Inspectors found the provider had processes in place to protect people from abuse.
The report states: "Staff told us about the different kinds of abuse and the steps they would take if they suspected or identified a person was being abused."
