A WOMAN has been told to stay out of a city for five years.
Lydia Cunningham breached a Criminal Behaviour Order banning her from being in the Arun and Chichester district.
The order was imposed because she took over the homes of vulnerable people to use for crime.
But the unemployed 23-year-old has now been told to stay away from the city at Brighton Magistrates’ Court.
Inspector Steve Turner said: “Cunningham already had a community protection notice to remain out of the Arun and Chichester district which she chose to ignore.
“The consequences for her are now that she is banned for the next five years.”
He said the public can help to make sure Cunningham, of no fixed address, stays out of Chichester by reporting any sightings of her in the area.
Information can be reported on the Sussex Police website or call 101.
