A WINCHESTER man must do unpaid work after stealing a bank card and using it to withdraw cash.
Joshua John Campbell Hinds, 23, of Battery Hill, Stanmore, admitted the theft from John Hinds on February 26 and taking £20 from a cashpoint.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a community order with up to 20 days rehabilitation activity requirement and 60 hours unpaid work to be completed over the next 12 months.
Hinds was also ordered to pay a £85 victim surcharge and £30 costs.
