FIRST images have been released of how a new 24-hole crazy golf course is set to look at the site of a former nightclub.
Plans have been submitted by Adventure Leisure for a change of use for Chicago’s on the Festival Leisure Park, Basildon.
It’s set to be taken over by Adventure Leisure and turned into a Mr Mulligans.
The plan is for a chain store with two crazy golf courses, a bar and a restaurant.
A company spokesman said the plans will create between 30 and 40 jobs and plans include two 12-hole golf courses with one upstairs and one downstairs and seating areas on both floors.
The venue, which is due to open later in the spring if plans are given the green light by the council, will also be hosting children’s parties, corporate events, Christmas parties and student nights.
