A MAN from Battlesbridge has been arrested by police on suspicion of possessing images of child abuse.
Essex Police have confirmed a 68-year-old man from the village was arrested on Monday October 8.
The arrest was in connection with a charge relating to possessing indecent images of children.
Police stated that the man has been released, but remains under investigation.
