TWO people have been left homeless after a house fire.
It happened in Woodroffe Close, Chelmsford, last night at about 6.22pm.
Three fire crews rushed to the scene to battle the blaze.
On arrival crews found the property, which is made up of two storeys, was completely alight.
By 7.06pm the fire was fully under control.
Crews used thermal imaging cameras to find remaining hotspots within the property.
The residents are being supported by the Red Cross.
An investigation into the cause of the fire will now take place.
