Gym plans for former Argos
A planning application has been submitted to transform part of the old Argos store in Chelmsford into a gym.
The former store on Springfield Road could be converted if the plans go ahead.
The building first became empty in August 2016 when the store relocated into Sainsbury's on White Hart Lane.
