The A12 southbound will be closed weeknights for safety improvements.
The planned works will take place from tonight until April 13 whilst road marking safety improvements are made.
Improvements will be carried out between 8pm and 6am from junction 19, Boreham to junction 17 (Howe Green).
The road will be closed during the night meaning motorists will need to plan an alternative route.
Essex Highways tweeted: “A12 junction 19 (Boreham) to 17 (Howe Green) southbound closed weeknights on 26 March to 13 April, between the hours of 8pm-6am for road marking safety improvements.”
