DETECTIVES are continuing to their enquiries after two men were stabbed in York Road, Southend, on October 26.

The victims, a 22-year-old man of no fixed address and a 39-year-old man from Southend, both suffered serious injuries but are expected to make full recoveries.

The 39-year-old man has been discharged from hospital.

Det Chief Insp Martin Pasmore, of the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate, said: “The investigation is progressing well and we are continuing our enquiries, including collecting and reviewing CCTV footage.

“We are determined to find the people responsible for this incident and I continue to appeal for anyone with information to please contact us.”
