THESE are the scenes from the weekend's Fling Festival.

Burlesque, cabaret and comedy alongside a feast of musical treats filled the fields at Hylands Park, while visitors braved the driving rain.

Organiser Andy Winmill said: "We're really pleased so many people arrived and had a good time.

"It took a lot of preparation, so a big thank you to the team."

Headlining the festival was Turin Brakes promoting their latest album Lost Property.

The British Indie duo played classics such as Painkiller, all against the backdrop of a cider and ale festival, and an array of cabaret and story doting performers.

Comedy tent compere Jo Jo Georgious said: "This is a great and intimate little festival. This is the first time I've been and everyone seems so relaxed and open minded - I'd highly recommend it."
