Essex Indians celebrated their fifth anniversary with a concert at the King Edward VI Grammar School for Little Haven’s Hospice.
The “East meets West” event saw a mix of classical shanti mantra, contemporary dances and patriotic Vande Mataram acts pack a full house and raise £3,150 for the children’s charity.
Anirban Mandal, general secretary of Essex Indians, said: “The children were the keystones of this pillar of success who performed actively in the concert and helped to raise funds.”
