A MAN is due to appear in court next month after being charged with criminally damaging a mosque in Chelmsford.
Liam King, 22, of Eastwood Park, Great Baddow, was arrested on December 18 in connection with the incident which took place on November 24 when the building in Moulsham Street had it's main entrance and lock damaged.
King, a soldier, has now been charged with one count of criminal damage and another of burglary.
He has been bailed until Wednesday April 9 when he is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court.
