A NATIONAL newspaper poll has placed Chelmsford in the top UK cities to live in.
The Sunday Times praised England’s newest city in their Best Places to Live Guide 2014 which was published on Sunday.
The city’s schools and property prices were highlighted as big pluses.
The guide said: “The city has a small flint and stone cathedral and a large park, but the chief attractions are lower-than-London house prices and excellent schools.”
