Susanna Reid may have been wearing a fitted floral dress and heels, but she still had a go at doing some press-ups on Good Morning Britain – proving herself as a Tough Mum.
During a GMB feature announcing a competition to find Tough Mums, the presenter performed an impromptu workout for viewers, urged on by co-host Ben Shephard.
The 44-year-old mother-of-three grabbed the edge of the sofa and worked out her arms and stomach muscles live on air on ITV.
Tough Mums is modelled on the popular endurance-run-come-obstacle course, Tough Mudder.
Despite not being dressed for the occasion, Ben told her to “start dipping”, challenging her to keep going throughout the segment.
With the rest of the team’s encouragement, Susanna made it through.
