Media Services/Pre-Press Department Overview

Pre-press are responsible for the planning of all our newspaper and niche publications. This involves liaising with both editorial and advertising departments to ensure that advertisements get planned on the correct pages. These pages are then sent as high resolution pdf’s through a workflow system to our presses in Oxford and Southampton. Pre-press also encompasses the studio who are responsible for designing high quality artwork for our key customers. Along with high quality designed artwork, pre-press also liaise with other departments to ensure that all other advertisements appear in press to an excellent standard of quality and reproduction.
