General information This interesting Grade II listed property is situated in Old Harwich and benefits from four double bedrooms, with the master having en-suite facilities, high ceilings, large windows and a substantial lounge diner which we understand was the dance hall for the Wellington Inn. The property also benefits from gas central heating, a secure courtyard and a detached single garage whilst being offered with No Onward Chain.

The property is entered via a central door flanked by two pilasters which lead into the living area which has high ceilings and large windows flooding the room with natural light with a tiled floor. There is also a wood burner, turning staircase to the first floor and door to an inner hallway which provides access to the ground floor cloakroom and kitchen, which has a range of base units with butler style sink, space for washing machine, fridge and freezer with integrated oven with gas hob and extractor hood over, serving hatch to the lounge diner and high level window and door to the side.

The first floor landing has two ornamental wrought iron fireplaces and provides access to bedrooms one and two and family bathroom. The master bedroom has a window to the rear and door to the en-suite shower room which has a shower cubicle with mains shower, low level wc and pedestal wash hand basin. Bedroom two is also a double and has a window to the side elevation and wall mounted gas fired boiler whilst the bathroom has a wood panel bath with mixer tap and shower attachment, bidet, pedestal wash hand basin with storage under, low level wc, chrome towel radiator and window to the side. A further stair case leads from the landing to the second floor which in turn provides access to the two further bedrooms. Bedroom three is a good size double and is partial under eves with a window to the side and integrated storage cupboard whilst bedroom four again is also partially under eves with window to the side.
