Essex County Council (Various Roads, Basildon) (Borough of Basildon) (Parking and Waiting) Amendment No. 98 Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To introduce 'Disabled Badge Holders Only' restrictions on the following length of roads in the Borough of Basildon:

Road
Description
Beambridge, SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 1.7 Pitsea metres west of the common boundary of 18 and 20 Beambridge, northwards for approximately 4.4 metres and eastwards for approximately 2 metres. (Location of existing advisory disabled parking bay)

2. To revoke 'Permit M Holders only at Any Time' restrictions on the following length of roads, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon: This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Basildon District) (Parking and Waiting) Consolidation Order 2008 by substituting tile numbers TQ695 890, TQ670 892 revision 1 to revision 2, TQ730 877, TQ730 890 revision 2 to revision 3, TQ740 885 revision 3 to revision 4, TQ690 890, TQ705 877, TQ725 880 revision 4 to revision 5, TQ685 882, TQ720 877, TQ730 880, TQ730 897 revision 5 to revision 6, TQ705 880, TQ725 897 revision 6 to revision 7, TQ690 885, TQ730 887 revision 8 to revision 9, TQ730 885 revision 11 to revision 12.

3. To revoked existing 'Permit M Holders only at Any Time' restrictions and introduce 'Resident Permit A Holders Only Mon to Sat 9AM-5PM' restriction on the following length of Waldegrave, Kingswood in the Borough of Basildon:

Waldegrave, NORTH SIDE: From a point 0.5 metres east of the Kingswood shared boundary of 14 & 16 Waldegrave, westwards for 6.7 metres.

Residential properties 1-183 (odd) and 2-156 (even) of Waldegrave will be eligible to apply for a permit. The cost of a permit is £33.50 (from 1 April 2018) per annum. Visitor tickets are also available.
