Highways Act 1980 - Section 119 Footpath 33 Woodham Walter District of Maldon Public Path Diversion Order 2018
The above Order made on 25th April, 2018 will divert a part length of public Footpath 33 in the parish of Woodham Mortimer at the property known as Hoe Mill in the District of Maldon as shown on the Order map contained in this Order
A part length of Footpath 33 Woodham Walter starting from grid reference 58051,20811 and heading in an east south easterly direction parallel with and on the south side of the River Chelmer and then veering to an east north easterly direction north of Hoe Mill for a distance of 354 metres to grid reference 58083,20817 where it connects to the highway known as The Causeway will be diverted to a new route commencing from the same above point and running in a south westerly direction across the culvert then a west north westerly direction parallel to the drainage channel and finally in a south westerly direction up alongside the field edge for a total distance of approximately 210 metres to grid reference 58036,20803 where it connects to Bridleway 2 Woodham Walter west of Ravens Farm. A copy of the Order and Order Map have been placed in and may be seen free of charge at Maldon District Council Offices, Princes Road, CM9 5DL and at the Chelmsford Public Library, Market Road, Chelmsford during normal working hours. Copies of the Order and Order map are available on request from the Chelmsford Library at a charge. Any representation about or objection to the Order may be sent or delivered in writing to Laurence Page and addressed to the Definitive Map Team, Seax House, Essex County Council, County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1QH, no later than 31st May, 2018 and should state the grounds on which it is made.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Essex County Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent together with the Order. Any such representation or objections will be taken into account by the Council with the result that they may be made available to the public under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. (Silver Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) & (Silver Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Suspension of One Way Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Silver Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Orchard Road for a distance of approximately 46m in a Southerly direction.


2. To temporarily suspend the one way in Silver Road, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon as detailed in the 'Essex County Council (Silver Road, Burnham-on-Crouch) (One Way Traffic) Order 1994 to allow access for the duration of the closure.


The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th May 2018 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0081000701975 - Cadent Gas). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce to allow the laying of a new gas service to customer is undertaken by Cadent Gas. An alternative route is available via Orchard Road, Riverside Road, High Street, Silver Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 26th April 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Queenborough Road, Southminster) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Queenborough Road, Southminster in the District of Maldon, from its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 202m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th May 2018 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0142919864A - Essex and Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks. org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing broken valve works are undertaken by Essex and Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via Queenborough Road, North Street, High Street and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 26th April and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
