(Alder Drive, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) Order 2017

(Alder Drive, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Alder Drive, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Heath Drive to its junction with Gordon Road, a distance of approximately 285m.
2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
An Alternative route is Heath Drive, Gordon Road, and vice versa.
"The Borough Council of Chelmsford (Waiting, Loading and Parking Consolidation) Order 2009" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force. The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 13/07/2017 exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter / leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(ECN 07069 (Cycle Path Near Victoria Road), Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of the cycle path (ECN07069) near Victoria Road, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 8m from its junction with Victoria Road for a distance of approximately 150 m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th July 2017 for 182 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231001218 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacement and realignment of cycle path along river Chelmer works are undertaken on behalf of Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Victoria Road, Waterloo Lane, Ecn07069 and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 29th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Pleshey Road, Great Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pleshey Road, Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Rigtail Green for a distance of approximately 69m in a Southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works
(BC005MU1WSEP00IBP295AT02 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken
by BT.
An alternative route is available via Pleshey Road, Ford End Road, Penden Hill, Main Road, Warners Farm Roundabout, Church Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Butts Lane, Danbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Butts Lane, Danbury in the District of Chelmsford, from its junction with Eves Corner for a distance of approximately 36 m in a northerly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction on Butts Lane, Danbury as detailed in 'The County Council of Essex (Butts Lane, Danbury) (One Way Traffic) Order 1973 for the duration of the closure. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th August 2017 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034770982 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new terminal poles works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Hopping Jacks Lane, Butts Lane, Maldon Road, Little Baddow Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Elm Green Lane, Danbury) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Elm Green Lane, Danbury in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 96 m north of its junction with Main Road, for a distance of approximately 20 m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st August 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034771669 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new supply scheme works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Riffhams Lane, Main Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sandford Mill Road, Springfield) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sandford Mill Road, Springfield in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Storms Way for a distance approximately 35 m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th August 2017 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (NK100/SSEMFI/100168269 - Virgin Media). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while construction of a new chamber works are undertaken by Virgin Media. An alternative route is available via Brook Lane, Brook End Road South, Sandford Mill Road, Storms Way and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 13th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
