Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Brett Group FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE EXISTING SITE RECEPTION AREA AT SANDON QUARRY, MOLRAMS LANE, SANDON, ESSEX - ESS/30/17/CHL. Consultation on this application is open until 29th June 2017. (Margaretting Road, Writtle) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Margaretting Road, Writtle in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Nathans Lane for a distance approximately 650 m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th July 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CB1W0000000IBNTT8WS - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while renewal of faulty aerial cable works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Margaretting Road, Margaretting Road Roundabout, Greenbury Way, Writtle Bypass Roundabout, London Road, Three Mile Hill, Three Mile Hill Roundabout, Link Between Three Mile Hill Roundabout And Whites Place Roundabout, Whites Place Roundabout, Main Road, Wantz Road, Writtle Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 8th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, City of Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.3) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the City of Chelmsford as specified in Schedule 1.



2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.



"The Borough Council of Chelmsford (Waiting, Loading and Parking Consolidation) Order 2009" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any

existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 08/06/2017, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks. org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter / leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

scheduled to commence on 11th September 2017 for 47 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ0071000595769 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while major main replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Pump Lane, Sidmouth Road, Helston Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 22nd June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Cromar Way, Chelmsford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cromar Way, Chelmsford in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Waterhouse Lane to its junction with Baynes Place for a distance of approximately 54m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th June 2017 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (YN10121394WHP/JW02 - T-Mobile (UK) Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while complete mobile telecom mast swap works are undertaken by T-Mobile (UK)Limited. The Order will come into effect on 18th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Victoria Road, Chelmsford) (Temporary Suspension of Waiting, Loading & Parking) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily suspend the Waiting, Loading & Parking Order on Victoria Road, as detailed in "The Borough Council of Chelmsford (Waiting, Loading and Parking Consolidation)

Order 2009".

The suspension is scheduled to commence on 16th June 2017 for 366 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP02231001215 -Blackstock Capital Developments Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The parking suspension is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new residential development works are undertaken.

The Order will come into effect on 8th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Cranham Road, Boreham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cranham Road, Boreham in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 500m west of its junction with Boreham Road, for a further 658m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th June 2017 for 7 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005MU1WSEP00IBP11KHA15 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct blockage clearance works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Cranham Road, Wheelers Hill, Leighs Road, Drakes Lane, Boreham Road, Waltham Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 8th June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
