Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from Anglian Water Services Ltd for the erection of three buildings to house plant and control equipment within the operational boundary at Chelmsford Water Recycling Centre, Brook End Road, Chelmsford, CM2 6NU - ESS/08/17/CHL Chelmsford Water Recycling Centre is situated adjacent to The Chelmer and Blackwater Navigation Conservation Area. Footpath PROW 234 may be affected by the proposal. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it online at www.essex.gov.uk/viewplanning or at Essex County Council at the below address (please call for an appointment on 03330 139808).

Consultation on this application is open until 08 June 2017. Representations or objections in respect of this application can be made online at www.essex.gov.uk/viewplanning; via email to mineralsandwastedm@essex.gov.uk; or in writing to the undersigned by 08 June 2017. (Ford End Road, Pleshey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ford End Road, Pleshey in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Pleshey Road for a distance of approximately 348 m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th July 2017 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005MU1WSEP00IBP7LLJY01 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while spine cabling works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Ford End Road, Park Road, Vicarage Road, Back Lane, Pleshey Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 1st June 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Margaret Woods Road, Great Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Margaret Woods Road, Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 100m southwest of its junction wtih Larks Lane for a distance of approximately 224 m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 12th July 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CN17W012JULEA3DDE94 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while restore service works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Margaret Woods Road, Hoe Lane, Breeds Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 12th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Breeds Road, Great Waltham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Breeds Road, Great Waltham in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Hoe Lane for a distance of approximately 336 m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 24th July 2017 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CN17W024JULEA2XPP13 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replace damaged cable and tree cutting works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via South Street, The Village, Main Road, Lucks Lane, Warners Farm Roundabout, Essex Regiment Way, Sheepcotes Roundabout, Braintree Road, The Street, Main Road Roundabout, Broomfield Road, Patching Hall Lane, Oliver Way, Copperfield Road, Chignal Road, Breeds Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 24th July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Boyton Cross Lane, Roxwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Boyton Cross Lane, Roxwell in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Bishops Stortford Road for a distance of approximately 362 m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd July 2017 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005MU1WBAUSEIBQ2HEDX01 -BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while laying new pipe works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Boyton Cross Lane, Stonehill Road, The Street, Vicarage Road, Bishops Stortford Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 3rd July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lodge Road, Woodham Ferrers and Bicknacre) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lodge Road, Woodham Ferrers and Bicknacre in the City of Chelmsford, from its junction with Leighams Road for a distance of approximately 521 m in a Southeasterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd July 2017 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works (BC005CB1W0000000EA2VJT34 - BT) with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new cabling connection works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Leighams Road, Main Road, Lodge Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 3rd July 2017 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
