NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION.

Proposed development at: Land adjacent to No 15 , St Davids Walk, Canvey Island, Essex. SS8 9NN

Take notice that application is being made by: Ryga Properties Ltd.

Applicant name: Mr William Heale

for planning permission to: Proposed three bedroom end terrace house at land adjacent & rear of No 15, St Davids Walk.

Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: Castle Point Borough, Kiln Road, Thundersley, Benfleet, Essex. SS8 3TF

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council within 21 days of this notice.
