Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from A.O Poole & Sons & George Wright Farms for: Construction of an agricultural reservoir involving the extraction, processing and exportation of approximately 1.068 million tonnes of sand and gravel at Lufkins Farm, Great Bentley Road, Frating C07 7HN-ESS/101/21/TEN. The proposal may affect the setting of HILL HOUSE II which is a Grade II Listed Building - 221.13 metres. The proposal may affect the setting of BARN APPROXIMATELY 20 METRES NORTH EAST OF HILL HOUSE II which is a Grade II Listed Building - 211 metres. The proposal may affect the setting of LUFKINS FARMHOUSE II which is a Grade II Listed Building -175 metres. Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application and other documents submitted with it (including the Environmental Statement) online at

(Ambridge Road, Coggeshall) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ambridge Road, Coggeshall in the District of Braintree, from its junction with A120 for a distance of approximately 71 Om in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th January 2022 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KA160LT002-E-TYCR -Gigaclear Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while broadband installation works are undertaken by Gigaclear Ltd. No diversion is available for this closure. The Order will come into effect on 30th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th January 2022 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320846 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via East Street, Colchester Road, A120, Coggeshall Bypass, A120, Broad Green, Coggeshall Road, A120 J A12 West Roundabout, Marks Tey Roundabout, A120, A12, The Street and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 16th December 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
