Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Colam Lane, Little Baddow in the City of

Chelmsford, 63m west of The Rye Field, for approximately 40m west.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 15/11/2021 to 19/11/2021 or where

appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. The closure is required for the

safety of the public and workforce while new foul sewer connection works are

undertaken.

The alternative route will be via Colam Lane and Holybread Lane and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 15/11/2021 and may continue in force for 18 months

or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Mill Road, Maldon) (Bus Gate) Order 20** Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the orders:

1. To formalise the existing bus gate restriction on the following length of Mill Road, in the District of Maldon to facilitate enforcement:

a valid permit (BC008PTMS262678 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach.

An alternative route is available via Witha Road, Little Braxted Lane, Colemans Bridge, Colchester Road, Newland Street, Maldon Road, Blue Mills Hill, Witham Road, Tiptree Road, Kelvedon Road, Witham Road and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 11th November 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th November 2021 for 2 days and again on 27th November 2021 for 2 days (2x weekends only) or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10003279 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while bridge investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

The Order came into effect on 28th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.7) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order

that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. To temporarily close those lengths of road in the District of Maldon as specified in the schedule to this Order.



2. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.



"The Essex County Council (Maldon District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Areas) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 28th October 2021 exact dates will be specified on one.network. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Buses and pedal cycles will be permitted through the bus gate. The Essex County Council (Mill Road, Maldon) (Prohibition of Entry) Order 2006 is hereby revoked. The restrictions contained within this order shall continue in force by virtue of this order.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sawyers Road, Tolleshunt Major in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Witham Road to its junction with Bakers Lane a distance of approximately 335m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th November 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2320007 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
