Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from SRC Aggregates Ltd for Continuation of the construction of an agricultural reservoir by the extraction and removal from the site of sand, gravel and surplus soils, without compliance with Conditions 3 (cessation and restoration by 20th May 2020), 4 (removal of plant and machinery by 20th May 2020) and 39 (removal of Wash Lane crossing and reinstatement of hedgerow by 20th May 2020) attached to planning permission ref ESS/38/18/MAL, to allow additional time for completion and restoration of the development by 20th September 2021 -ESS/68/20/MAL

(Footpath 7, Langford/Footpath 25, Maldon) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2020

Further to notices: Under section 14(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which commenced on 14/05/2020. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 7, Langford/Footpath 25, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Footpath 4, Langford, south west then south east to the kissing gate at Abbey Turning, a total distance of approximately 285 metres. The closure is scheduled to commence on 04/06/2020 for 6 months, weather permitting, or where appropriate signs are showing, and is required for the safety of the public due to vandalism of footbridge. Alternative route will be via Abbey Turning, Beeleigh Chase Footpath 3, Maldon, Footpath 54, Maldon, Footpath 4, Maldon, Fullbridge footway, Footpath 44, Maldon, Footpath 11, Langford, Footpath 4, Langford and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 04/06/2020 and may continue in force for 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier

(Beckingham Road, Great Totham) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Beckingham Road, Great Totham in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 555m east of its junction with Colchester Road for a distance of approximately 20m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22/06/2020 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN013M2467 -Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Manor Road, Dengie) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Manor Road, Dengie in the District of Maldon from a point approximately 475m south of its junction with Tillingham Road for a distance of approximately 110m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 01/07/2020 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0002JULEA4RRC61 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Hall Road, Tillingham Road and vice versa.

(North Hill, Little Baddow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2020

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of North Hill, Little Baddow in the City of Chelmsford, from a point approximately 30m north of its junction with Colams Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28/06/2020 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034838506 - UK Power Networks). Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tudwick Road, Tolleshunt Knights in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 105m southwest of its junction with Strawberry Lane for a distance of approximately 55m in a southwesterly direction. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a 40mph speed limit in that length of Wycke Hill, Maldon in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 625m east of its junction with Lodge Road for a distance of approximately 285m in an easterly direction.
