(Various Road (Development on East Side of Burnham Road), Latchingdon) (20mph Zone) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has made the above Order under Sections 84(1) (a) and (2) and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order: To introduce a 20mph Zone on the following lengths of roads (Development on East Side of Burnham Road), Latchingdon in the District of Maldon:
Road
Description
Road 1, Latchingdon
From a point approximately 12 metres east of its junction with Burnham Road (B1018), in a general easterly direction for its entire remaining length including turning head.
Road 2, Latchingdon
From its junction with Road 1, in a general south-easterly direction for its entire length including turning head
Road 3, Latchingdon
From its junction with Road 1, in a general north-westerly direction for its entire length including turning heads
Road 4, Latchingdon
From its junction with Road 1, in a general north-westerly direction for its entire length including turning heads
Road 5, Latchingdon
From its junction with Road 4, in a general easterly direction for its entire length including turning heads.

Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on 2 September 2019.
Further details: A copy of the Order and plans may be examined during normal office hours
at County Hall, Chelmsford CM1 1LX.
Application to the high court: Anyone who wishes to question the validity of the Order of any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from the date of the making of the Order apply to the High Court for this purpose. (The Endway, Mayland) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of The Endway, Mayland in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Dairy Farm Road for a distance of approximately 175m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034821173 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cable works are undertaken by UK Power Networks. An alternative route is available via Dairy Farm Road, Southminster Road, Scotts Hill, Southfield Way, Oak Drive, Burnham Road Roundabout, Burnham Road, Old Heath Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Barnhall Road, Tolleshunt Knights) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Barnhall Road, Tolleshunt Knights in the District of Maldon, from a point approximately 490m east of its junction with Park Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th September 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CA789W000IBBDFDEW01 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Barnhall Road, Brook Road, D'arcy Road, Factory Hill, Oxley Hill, Kelvedon Road, North Street, Station Road, Colchester Road, Whitehouse Hill and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 29th August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
(Green Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2019
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Green Lane, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Mangapp Chase for a distance of approximately 90m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th August 2019 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W0027AUGEASFN200 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Normandy Avenue, Burnham-on-Crouch in the District of Maldon, from its junction with Alamein Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 27th October 2019 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143279621 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on

. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water. An alternative route is available via Mildmay Road, Arcadia Road, Dunkirk Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 30th August 2019 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
