Captain Ian BELL Former Harbour Master for the Crouch Harbour Authority. Husband to Margie, Father to Mark, James and Helen and a dear Grandpa. Died in Hospital on 11th August 2013 aged 71 years. Memorial Service will take place on Friday 23rd August at St Lawrence Newland Church at 12.00 pm.
