CHELMSFORD Chieftains won back-to-back matches over the weekend to close the gap on the National Ice Hockey League leaders.
The Chieftains were trailing 3-0 to Cardiff Fire at the end of the first period but scored 11 unanswered goals after that to turn the scoreline on its head.
Cameron Bartlett and Anthony Leone scored hat-tricks.
The following day Chieftains beat Slough Jets 6-3 - Grant Bartlett and brother Cameron scored two goals apiece.
